At Flora + Moon, every candle begins as an idea — a blend of scent, design, and intention. My custom candle service allows you to take that same artistry and make it uniquely yours. Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, launching a brand collaboration, creating corporate gifts, or curating special event favors, I’ll work with you to craft a candle that tells your story while staying true to my commitment to clean, eco-friendly, and intentional products.

Minimum Order

• $800 minimum order per scent & vessel combination (before tax, shipping, and any custom scent fee)

• This minimum does not include the $200 scent development fee for custom blends

Scent Options

• Existing Flora + Moon scent – Choose from my seasonal or signature scent library at no additional cost. Each scent is hand-blended from clean, phthalate-free fragrance oils and designed to evoke the beauty of nature and the changing seasons.

• Custom scent – A $200 development fee includes 4 exclusive sample blends to choose from. I’ll work closely with you to capture your vision — whether that’s a cozy, nostalgic scent, something fresh and botanical, or a bold, signature fragrance.

What’s Included

• Choice of scent from my existing library or a custom blend created just for you

• Your selection of vessel style & lid (subject to availability — I’ll guide you to options that best fit your style)

• Fully custom label design, created to align with your brand, event theme, or personal style — included in the final cost

• Hand-poured in small batches using 100% soy wax from U.S.-grown soybeans, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils

• Eco-conscious packaging and shipping materials (glass vessels are recyclable, packing materials are biodegradable, and all candles are shipped plastic-free)

Pricing & Payment

• $800 order minimum per scent & vessel combination (before tax, shipping, and any custom scent fee)

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production

• Remaining balance is due at pickup or before shipping

• Shipping calculated separately (local pickup in Franklin, TN available)

Timeline

• Standard turnaround: 2–4 weeks after final design approval and scent selection

• Rush orders may be possible — contact me for availability

How to Request a Custom Candle

   • Vessel style preference (matte, glossy, clear, colored, etc.)

   • Lid preference (wood, metal, cork, etc.)

   • Label style (minimal, botanical, bold, branded with your logo, etc.)

   • Any color palette or theme you’d like to match

2. Scent Ideas

   • Choose from an existing Flora + Moon scent (list your choice)

   • Or request a custom scent (+$200, includes 4 sample blends to choose from)

   • If custom, describe your scent inspiration (seasonal, floral, earthy, cozy, fresh, etc.)

3. Quantity

   • $800 minimum per scent & vessel combination (before tax, shipping, and any custom scent fee)

4. Event Details

   • Occasion (wedding, corporate gift, brand collaboration, etc.)

   • Event date or desired delivery date

   • Shipping or local pickup (Franklin, TN) preference

5. Anything Else

   • Special packaging needs
