Refunds + Exchanges
Please note that we make our candles in small batches, hand poured, labeled, and packaged by hand. Due to its hand-crafted nature there may be slight differences between candles.
Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email). If an item arrives damaged please email floraandmoon@gmail.com a photo of the damage 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return shipping costs, but are always happy to ship exchanges at no extra charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
