Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS. Transit times vary from 1-5 days. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees.
Please be aware that Flora + Moon is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Returns
At Flora + Moon, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. Please note that we make our candles in small batches, hand poured, labeled, and packaged by hand.
If a return is accepted: All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Flora + Moon, without direct contact from me stating to return the item(s), will not be accepted. We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly, if damaged during transit refund will not be processed. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.
Lost + Damaged
Your order is adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. I will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Flora + Moon within 48 hours of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let me know within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
