Refunds & Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of my candles, I am not able to offer refund or exchanges at this time.
Please note that I make my candles in small batches, hand poured, labeled, and packaged by hand. Due to its hand-crafted nature there should only be slight differences between candles.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If an item arrives damaged please contact me, send me a photo of the damage 48 hours of delivery, a claim will need to be filed with USPS. If you believe your package to be lost, please contact your local post office.
